3D Scan at 4-Way Inspection
This is a perfect tool to reference the home before drywall is installed. Shot within 48 hours of 4-way inspection (before insulation and drywall). The scan will be transferred to your free Matterport account as well as a backup file.
Price – $500
Long Form Video
5-10 minute edited video of the entire home, inside and outside, including aerials. Also includes interview with builder. Price: $1500-2500

Short Form Video
Reels – Short 1-minute or less videos shot vertically for instagram or TikTok. Includes audio interview with build of specific home features. Price: $150 per reel
Construction Progress Reels
1-minute or less vertical video every 6-8 weeks throughout construction. Includes shots of the house under construction, interior, exterior, and aerials. to be used for IG or TikTok updates.
Price – $150
Photography
After the project is completed and staged/moved in, I create an edited montage of interior and exterior/aerial images of the home. These images can be posted on your website and social media pages. They can also be used in print/digital advertisements to promote your business.

Price typically range from $500 to $1500 depending of size and scope of work.
